摘　　要：The Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone(SSEZ)has undergone a remarkable transformation.Once a barren land lacking roads,water,electricity,and communication networks on steep terrain with an elevation difference of 70 meters,the area now hosts an international industrial park accommodating 190 enterprises and institutions.Jointly developed by Chinese and Cambodian enterprises,the SSEZ has become a flagship project symbolizing China-Cambodia collaboration within the Belt and Road Initiative.Former Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen praised it as a model of Belt and Road cooperation between China and Cambodia.
