摘 要:为全面掌握水务企业智慧水务建设与应用现状,探索智慧水务发展方向和趋势,针对24家水务企业开展调研。结果显示,受内部和政策因素的双重驱动,水务企业积极推进智慧水务建设,但整体上仍处于从信息化向数字化转型的阶段,存在着需求与数字化应用匹配性仍需要提升、系统集成与数据共享难度大、设施数据准确性欠佳、运营保障机制有待优化、人才队伍短缺等问题亟待解决。In order to comprehensively grasp the current situation of smart water construction and application of water enterprises,and explore the development direction and trend of smart water,a survey was carried out on 24 water enterprises.The results show that driven by internal and policy factors,water companies actively promote the construction of smart water,but on the whole it is still in the stage of transformation from information to digital,there is still need to improve the matching of demand and digital application,the difficulty of system integration and data sharing,the accuracy of facility data is not good,the operation guarantee mechanism needs to be optimized,a talent shortage and other problems that need to be addressed.
