摘　　要：文章旨在探讨电子招标采购生态系统的建设与管理,分析其重要性、构建方法以及面临的挑战,并提出了相应的管理策略。作为现代信息技术在招投标领域的应用,电子招标采购不仅提高了采购效率,也促进了市场的公平竞争。因此,构建一个健康、高效的电子招标采购生态系统对于促进经济发展具有重要意义。This article aims to explore the construction andmanagement of the electronic bidding and procurement ecosystem,analyze its importance,construction methods,and challenges faced,and propose corresponding management strategies.Electronic bidding procurement,as the application of modern information technology in the field of bidding,not only improves procurement efficiency but also promotes fair competition in the market.Therefore,building a healthy and efficient electronic bidding and procurement ecosystem is of great significance for promoting economic development.
