摘 要:模拟仿真技术可以在不确定条件下为各行业从业人员提供预测或决策方法。然而,由于复合材料的高度跨学科特性,缺乏专用的模拟仿真软件。文章以纸张结构及其力学性能的三维模拟仿真软件设计为例,提出了一种适用于复合材料的三维模拟仿真软件结构。该软件采用了表示层、业务逻辑层和数据访问层的3层结构设计;此外,通过封装8个模块,涵盖不同模型的显示、动态模拟、数据存储等过程。通过接口定义,显著提升了模块间的访问灵活性和扩展性,为不同复合材料的设计与模拟提供了便利。所提模拟仿真软件设计方法可为复合材料领域的从业人员提供一种有效的三维模拟仿真软件结构设计思路,具有较强的针对性和实用性。Simulation technology can provide prediction or decision-making methods for practitioners in various industries under uncertain conditions.However,due to the highly interdisciplinary nature of composite materials,there is a lack of specialized simulation software.The article takes the design of three-dimensional simulation software for paper structure and its mechanical properties as an example,and proposes a three-dimensional simulation software structure suitable for composite materials.The software adopts a three-layer structure design consisting of a presentation layer,business logic layer,and data access layer.In addition,by encapsulating 8 modules,it covers processes such as display,dynamic simulation,and data storage for different models.By defining interfaces,the flexibility and scalability of module access have been significantly improved,providing convenience for the design and simulation of different composite materials.The proposed simulation software design method can provide an effective three-dimensional simulation software structure design idea for practitioners in the field of composite materials,with strong pertinence and practicality.
