摘　　要：以东南大学附属中大医院江北院区新上线的检查资源统一预约系统为实践案例,针对当前医技检查服务预约流程存在的问题进行了系统性分析。详细探讨了该预约系统的设计理念、系统架构、功能实现,并分析了系统部署后在提升医技检查效率和改善患者就医体验方面的具体成效。Taking the newly launched unified appointment system for examination resources in Zhongda Hospital Southeast University(Jiangbei)as a practical case,a systematic analysis was conducted on the problems existing in the current medical technology examination service appointment process.The design concept,system architecture,and functional implementation of the appointment system were discussed in detail,and the specific effects of system deployment in improving medical technology examination efficiency and enhancing patient medical experience were analyzed.
