摘　　要：随着我国轨道交通事业的飞速发展,轨道交通行业的工作效率和办公自动化水平成为影响竞争力的关键因素。苏州轨道交通在管理系统方面存在信息化发展瓶颈,因此需通过软件技术重构或升级已建应用系统,推动全集团办公管理一体化,以实现组织级端到端流程优化,打造数字化内部管理平台,提高工作效率。With the rapid development of China's rail transit industry,the work efficiency and office automation level of rail transit industry have become the key factors affecting the competitiveness.Suzhou Rail Transit has an informatization development bottleneck in its management system.Through software technology,it reconstructs or upgrades the existing application system,promotes the integration of office management of the whole group,optimizes the end-to-end process at the organizational level,builds a digital internal management platform,and improves work efficiency.
