摘  要:随着进出口贸易量的持续增长,口岸通关效率变得越发重要。因此,亟须研发一种针对进出口货物的放射性现场快速检测方法。在2022年5月基于辐射检测系统的数据开发,以及用于贸易验证及异常检测的先进技术协调研究项目合同签订背景下,文章探索了海关货物安全检测中γ射线与物质的相互作用,旨在构建“口岸被动检测平台”,确立一套进出口货物放射性污染现场快速检测技术体系,从而为国际贸易突发性事件提供有效的检测手段及应对策略,进而提升口岸在核与辐射突发事件中的应急响应能力。With the continuous growth of import and export trade volume,the efficiency of port clearance has become increasingly important.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop a rapid on-site radioactive detection method for imported and exported goods.In the context of the contract signing for the data development based on radiation detection system and advanced technology coordination research project for trade verification and anomaly detection in May 2022,this article explores the interaction between gamma rays and substances in customs cargo security inspection,aiming to build a“port passive detection platform”and establish a set of rapid detection technology system for imported and exported goods radioactive contamination on site,thereby providing effective detection methods and response strategies for international trade emergencies,and enhancing the emergency response capability of ports in nuclear and radiation emergencies.
