摘　　要：10月15日至19日,重庆市友好交流市州俄罗斯下诺夫哥罗德州工商代表团来渝访问。其间,代表团一行赴万州区参观考察,并就下诺夫哥罗德州沃斯克列先斯基区与万州区建立友好合作关系签署合作备忘录。未来,双方将积极开展人员互访、友好交流、经贸往来,并相互提供必要的支持,推动两地深化交流合作,在两地友好关系全面发展的同时,共同促进万州区和沃斯克列先斯基区缔结友好城市关系。市委常委、万州区委书记卢红见证签约。From October 15 to 19,2024,a business delegation from Chongqing’s friendship city,Nizhny Novgorod Oblast,Russia,visited Chongqing.The delegation made a field trip to Wanzhou District and signed a memorandum of understanding(MOU)between Voskresensky District of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast and Wanzhou District to build a relationship of friendship and cooperation.According to the MOU,the two sides will promote mutual visits,friendly exchanges,and economic and trade cooperation,and provide support to deepen bilateral collaboration.These measures will enhance friendly ties between the two regions and facilitate the establishment of a friendship-city relationship between Wanzhou and Volskresensky.
