摘  要:采用PVD超细TiAlN基纳米涂层刀具对玻璃纤维增强复合材料进行车削试验,研究切槽过程中切削力的变化特点及切削用量、冷却条件对切削力的影响规律。结果表明,由于玻璃纤维按不同角度逐层缠绕,在整个切削过程中切削力处于一定的波动状态;切削温度所导致的工件材料树脂软化是切削速度和冷却条件对切削力变化影响的主要原因;进给量对切削力的影响是切削层几何尺寸和切削温度变化的综合作用结果。Turning experiments on glass fiber reinforced composites with PVD ultrafine TiAlN-based nano-coated hard-coated cemented carbide tools are carried out,the changing characteristics of the cutting force in the grooving process and the influences of cutting speed and cooling conditions on the cutting force are studied.The results show that the cutting force is in a certain fluctuation state during the whole cutting process because the glass fiber is wound layer by layer at different angles;the softening of the resin of the workpiece material caused by the cutting temperature is the main reason of the influence of the cutting speed and the cooling conditions on the change of the cutting force;the influence of the feed on the cutting force is the result of the combined effect of the change of the cutting layer geometry and the change of the cutting temperature.
