摘  要:针对内螺纹铣削中铣刀与螺纹螺旋面干涉造成的过切问题开展研究。基于MATLAB软件构建出干涉误差模型,调整铣刀刃形轮廓以达到螺纹铣刀少干涉修正。基于UG软件开展内螺纹铣削加工仿真试验,仿真结果与MATLAB软件的结果基本一致,验证了螺纹铣铣刀修正方法的准确性。同时,M45×6与M45×1.5试验结果表明,在其他条件不变的情况下,铣刀径孔比(铣刀直径与螺纹孔径的比值)越大,干涉误差越大;同理,螺距越大,干涉误差也越大。The overcut problem caused by the interference between the milling cutter and the thread spiral surface in the internal thread milling is studied.The interference error model is constructed by MATLAB,and the edge contour of the milling cutter is adjusted to achieve less interference correction of the thread milling cutter.Based on UG,the simulation experiment of internal thread milling is carried out.The simulation results are basically consistent with the results of MATLAB,which verifies the accuracy of the correction method of thread milling cutter.At the same time,the experimental results of M45×6 and M45×1.5 show that when other conditions remain unchanged,the larger the diameter-to-hole ratio of the milling cutter(the ratio of the diameter of the milling cutter to the diameter of the thread),the greater the interference error.Similarly,the larger the pitch is,the greater the interference error is.
