摘  要:基于反向分段加工变形控制方法对传统正向加工和反向分段加工的毛坯余量进行研究。针对近净成形叶片的加工余量小、加工易变形等问题以及高加工精度的需求提出了正反向综合切削的变形控制策略。基于正反向加工工艺对某航发铸造叶片进行磨削加工试验。结果表明,正反向加工工艺能够实现小余量叶片的高精度加工,在近净成形叶片加工中具有一定的优势。Based on the reverse segment deformation control method proposed previously,the blank machining allowances for traditional forward machining and reverse segment methods are explored.A deformation control strategy that combines both the forward and reverse segment method is proposed to address the issues of small machining allowances and high machining accuracy requirements for near-net-shape blades.Based on the forward and reverse segment machining processes,a grinding experiment of cast turbine blade is conducted,and the results show that the forward and reverse segment machining processes can achieve high-precision machining of blades with small machining allowances,which has certain advantages in the machining of near-net-shape blades.
