摘　　要：对电石生产项目建设工程成本有效控制的重要作用及管理模式进行了探讨,指出技术与经济相结合是工程成本控制的有效手段,同时强调了技术创新对工程项目成本管控的影响、经济分析在成本控制中的应用、技术与经济协同作用的复杂性和科学性,以及对成本控制专业技术人员的要求。强调了电石生产专业技术人员对成本控制研究与实践的重要性,对有序推进电石产业的高效发展起到非常重要的作用。The important role and management mode of the effective control of the engineering cost in the construction of the calcium carbide production project are discussed.It is pointed out that the combination of technology and economy is an effective means of engineering cost control.Meanwhile,the influence of technological innovation on the cost control of the engineering project,the application of economic analysis in cost control,the complexity and scientific nature of the synergy between technology and economy,and the requirements for professional cost-control technicians are emphasized.The importance of professional and technical personnel in calcium carbide production for cost-control research and practice is emphasized,which plays a very important role in promoting the efficient development of the calcium carbide industry in an orderly manner.
