摘 要:目的采用“盐制”“酒制”“炒制”方式对知母进行炮制,以探讨不同炮制方法对知母滋阴作用的影响。方法选取36只大鼠,随机分为6组,即对照组、模型组、生制知母组、盐制知母组、酒制知母组、炒制知母组,每组6只,除对照外,其余5组大鼠通过灌胃给药左甲状腺素钠片(15 mg/100 g)及利血平(0.1 mg/100 g)复制大鼠肾阴虚模型。对照组给予等体积的0.9%氯化钠溶液,生制、盐制、酒制、炒制知母组在造模当天给予相应炮制方法的知母水溶液灌胃,模型组灌胃等体积的蒸馏水,连续灌胃14 d。观察各组大鼠的生理指标、行为学指标、血清学指标及脏器指数情况。结果与对照组相比,模型组大鼠体质量下降(P<0.05),饮水量增加(P<0.05),肛温增加(P<0.05);模型组中央穿格数、运动距离、运动速度低于对照组(P<0.05);模型组皮质醇(Cort)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_(3))、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_(4))、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、丙二醛(MDA)含量高于对照组(P<0.05);环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及胸腺、肾脏、甲状腺、脾脏指数低于对照组(P<0.05);给药组体质量、中央穿格数、运动距离、运动速度、cGMP含量、SOD活性及胸腺、肾脏、甲状腺、脾脏指数高于模型组(P<0.05),由高至低顺序为盐制知母组>酒制知母组>炒制知母组>生制知母组;给药组饮水量、肛温及Cort、ACTH、T_(3)、T_(4)、cAMP、MDA含量低于模型组(P<0.05),由低至高顺序为盐制知母组<酒制知母组<炒制知母组<生制知母组。结论知母生品及不同炮制品对肾阴虚模型大鼠具有一定的滋阴作用,且盐制品效果明显,可能与其调节神经内分泌免疫相关。Objective To investigate the effects of different processing methods on the Yin nourishing effect of Zhimu(Anemarrhence Rhizoma)by using“salt preparation”“wine preparation”and“stirfrying”methods.Methods 36 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:control group,model group,raw Zhimu group,salt Zhimu group,wine Zhimu group,and stir-fried Zhimu group,with 6 rats in each group.Except for the control group,the other 5 groups of rats were induced to establish a kidney Yin deficiency model by gavage administration of levothyroxine sodium tablets(15 mg/100 g)and nifedipine(0.1 mg/100 g).The control group was given an equal volume of 0.9%sodium chloride solution.On the day of modeling,the raw,salt,wine,and stir-fried Zhimu groups were given the corresponding processed Zhimu(Anemarrhence Rhizoma)aqueous solution by gavage.The model group was given an equal volume of distilled water by gavage,with 14 consecutive days.To observe the physiological indicators,behavioral indicators,serological indicators,and organ indices of each group of rats.Results Compared with the control group,the body weight of rats in model group was decreased(P<0.05),the water intake was increased(P<0.05),and the anal temperature was increased(P<0.05).The number of central perforators,distance traveled,and speed of movement in the model group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The contents of Cort,ACTH,T_(3),T_(4),cAMP and MDA in model group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The contents of cGMP,SOD and the indices of thymus,kidney,thyroid and spleen were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The body weight,central penetration number,exercise distance,exercise speed,cGMP,SOD content and indexes of thymus,kidney,thyroid and spleen in drug administration group were higher than those in model group(P<0.05),and the order from high to low:salt Zhimu group>wine Zhimu group>stir-fried Zhimu group>raw Zhimu group.The contents of water intake,anal temperature,Cort,ACTH,T_(3),T_(4),cAMP and MDA in the administration
