摘　　要：医、道结合的思想极为玄妙,正所谓“道可道,非常道”,世间万事万物都处于“道”中,中医学也不例外。国医大师李佃贵教授在其临证之时,亦有“岐黄源于道”“医道同源”“医道同理”等行医理念。千百年来,中医学与道学交融并进,两者有诸多理念不谋而合。李师认为道家思想和中医理念在某种程度上是相通的。脾胃内损、脾虚不运、中焦气机升降失常是脾胃病的主要病机,肝郁是关键的病理因素,治疗时应以补脾胃、固后天之本为主,疏肝郁、调气机为辅,兼以除外邪等。李师临证之时,在“医道同源”理论的基础上,尊重配伍规律,探索理解药物配伍中“道”的内涵,为“道”学思想和中医理法方药结合来防治脾胃病提供一条新思路、新方法。该文基于“医道同源”理论从“一生二,二生三,三生万物”的角度来探讨李师如何运用对药和角药论治脾胃病进行分析总结,如仙鹤草-酒萸肉补虚止泻,砂仁-厚朴醒脾理气,合欢皮-合欢花解郁安神;黄芪-党参-太子参补中益气,白扁豆-薏苡仁-白蔻仁祛湿化邪,焦麦芽-焦山楂-焦神曲消食化积。The idea of combining medicine and Taoism is extremely mysterious,as the saying goes,“the way that can be followed is not the ultimate way”,everything in the world is in the“Tao”,traditional Chinese medicine is no exception.Professor LI Diangui,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,at the time of his clinical testimony,there are also medical concepts such as“healing art of Qihuang originates from the Taoism”“homology of medicine and Taoism”and“medicine and Taoism in harmony”.For thousands of years,traditional Chinese medicine and Taoism blend and advance together,the two have many ideas that coincide with each other.Professor LI Diangui believes that Taoist thought and Chinese medicine philosophy are in some way the same.Spleen and stomach internal damage,spleen deficiency and lack of luck and abnormal lifting and lowering of the coke oven are the main pathogenesis of spleen and stomach diseases,liver depression is a key pathological factor,the treatment should focus on nourishing the spleen and stomach to strengthen the acquired foundation,soothing liver stagnation and regulating Qi machine as a supplement,and eliminating external evil and other factors.At the time of Professor LI Diangui's clinical diagnosis,on the basis of the theory of“homology of medicine and Taoism”,respected the law of compatibility,explored and understanded the connotation of“Tao”in drug compatibility,and provided a new idea and new method for the combination of“Tao”thought and traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat spleen and stomach diseases.Based on the theory of“homology of medicine and Taoism”,this paper discusses how Professor LI Diangui analyzed and summarized the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases with couplet medicines and triplet medicines from the perspective of“one is the child of the divine law,after one come two,after two come three,after three come all things”,such as Xianhecao(Agrimoniae Herba)-Shanzhuyu(Cornifructus)for invigorating the spleen and arresting diarr
