摘　　要：眩晕的治疗领域引发了对中药成分的广泛探索,其中银杏叶提取物作为古老银杏树的产物在此方面备受关注。该文综述了银杏叶提取物在治疗眩晕方面的作用机制研究进展。分析发现,银杏叶提取物通过改善血液循环、调节血管功能以及提供神经保护作用,减轻眩晕症状。其抗氧化和抗炎特性有助于中和自由基、降低炎症反应,从而保护细胞免受损害。临床和基础研究中发现银杏叶提取物在眩晕治疗上取得了显著疗效。尽管如此,进一步的研究仍然需要揭示其作用机制、剂量效应及长期治疗效果,以更全面地认识其在眩晕治疗中的潜力。总之,银杏叶提取物为缓解眩晕症状提供了新途径,但其临床应用仍需进一步深入探讨。The field of vertigo treatment has sparked widespread exploration into the realm of herbal components,with Ginkgo biloba extract garnering significant attention as a product of the ancient Ginkgo tree.This paper reviews the research progress on the mechanisms of Ginkgo biloba extract in treating vertigo.The analysis reveals that Ginkgo biloba extract alleviates vertigo symptoms by improving blood circulation,regulating vascular function,and providing neuroprotective effects.Its antioxidative and anti-inflammatory properties help neutralize free radicals and reduce inflammatory responses,thereby safeguarding cells from damage.Clinical and foundational research has demonstrated notable efficacy of Ginkgo biloba extract in vertigo treatment.However,further research is warranted to elucidate its mechanisms of action,dosage effects,and long-term treatment outcomes,for a more comprehensive understanding of its potential in vertigo therapy.In conclusion,Ginkgo biloba extract offers a novel avenue for alleviating vertigo symptoms,yet its clinical application demands further in-depth investigation.
