摘 要:利用激光熔覆技术在Q235钢表面制备了TiZrNbV高熵合金涂层,在控制激光其他工艺参数不变的情况下,研究不同激光功率对高熵合金涂层表面形貌、微观组织、物相组成、硬度和摩擦磨损性能的影响。SEM面扫描结果显示,涂层组织主要为树枝晶组织和枝晶间组织,且在激光功率为1400 W下,晶粒明显细化;XRD结果显示,1800 W激光功率下导致基体元素过度稀释涂层,出现大量α-Fe脆性相,1000~1600 W功率下涂层物相组成不随激光功率增大而变化。实验结果表明,在Q235钢表面通过激光熔覆技术制备TiZrNbV高熵合金涂层,硬度随激光功率增加而增大,耐磨性能得到较大提升,激光功率为1400 W时,涂层的综合力学性能最好。The TiZrNbV high-entropy alloy coating was prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by laser cladding technology.The influence of different laser power on the surface morphology,micro-structure,phase composition,micro-hardness and wear-resisting performance of the high entropy alloy coating was studied under the control of other laser process parameters.The SEM surface scanning results show that the coating tissue is mainly branch and inter-dendrite tissues,and the grains are significantly refined under the laser power of 1400 W.The XRD results show that under a laser power of 1800 W,the matrix elements are excessively diluted in the coating,resulting in a large amount ofα-Fe brittle phases,and the phase composition of the coating does not change with increasing laser power between 1000~1600 W.The experimental results show that the TiZrNbV high-entropy alloy coating is prepared by laser coating technology on the surface of Q235 steel,the micro-hardness increases with the increase of laser power,and the wear resistance is greatly improved.And the comprehensive mechanical performance of the coating is the best under the parameter of laser power of 1400 W.
