西藏高原地区跟骨骨折术后引流的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨高原地区放置引流对跟骨骨折术后的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年5月~2022年6月西藏自治区人民医院骨科收治的跟骨骨折患者60例。依据术后跟骨有无引流分为引流组和非引流组,每组30例。观察两组临床效果。结果 引流组术后第1d、第3d WBC数值明显低于非引流组,(P<0.05);引流管组与非引流管组术前与术后第1d、第3d HGB差值无明显差异(P>0.05);引流组术后住院时间明显短于非引流组(P<0.05);引流组术后术口干燥时间明显短于非引流组(P<0.05);引流组术口感染率显著低于非引流组,(P <0.05)。结论 高原地区跟骨骨折术后放置引流管临床疗效确切。Objective to explore the clinical efficacy of drainage placement in plateau areas after calcaneal fracture surgery.Methods 60 patients with calcaneal fractures admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,People's Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region from May 2015 to June 2022 were selected.According to the presence or absence of postoperative calcaneal drainage,the pa-tients were divided into a drainage group and a non-drainage group,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results The WBC value of the drainage group on the 1st and 3rd day after surgery was significantly lower than that of the non-drainage group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the HGB difference between the drainage tube group and the non-drainage tube group before surgery and on the 1st and 3rd day after surgery(P>0.05);the postoperative hospital-ization time of the drainage group was significantly shorter than that of the non-drainage group(P<0.05);the postoperative drying time of the surgical mouth in the drainage group was significantly shorter than that of the non-drainage group(P<0.05);the surgical site infection rate in the drainage group was significantly lower In the non-drainage group,(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effica-cy of drainage tube placement after calcaneal fracture surgery in plateau areas is accurate.
