院内绿色通道联合“三定”急救护理应用于上消化道出血患者的效果

摘　　要：目的 探究“三定”急救护理模式联合院内绿色通道在急性上消化道出血(AUGH)患者中的应用。方法 选取本院急救中心2021年1月~2022年12月收治的AUGH患者110例,随机分为对照组(n=55)与观察组(n=55),对照组采用传统急救护理模式联合院内绿色通道优化护理,观察组采用“三定”急救护理模式联合院内绿色通道优化护理。对比两组通过通道时间、呼叫会诊时间、住院时间、抢救时间、抢救成功率及再出血发生率。结果 干预后,观察组通过通道时间、呼叫会诊时间、住院时间及抢救时间明显较对照组更短(P<0.05);观察组抢救成功率明显更高(P<0.05);观察组再出血发生率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论 “三定”急救护理模式联合院内绿色通道优化护理,有利于提高AUGH患者抢救成功率,减少再出血发生率,缩短住院时间。Objective To explore the application of"three-fixed"emergency nursing model combined with in-hospital green channel optimization nursing in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage(AUGH).Methods A total of 110 patients with AUGH admitted to the emergency center of the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=55)and an observation group(n=55)according to the random stratification method.The control group received traditional emergency nursing combined with in-hospital green channel optimization nursing,while the observation group adopted the"three-fixed"emergency nursing model combined with in-hospital green channel optimization nursing.The channel passing time,consultation calling time,hospital stay,rescue time,rescue success rate,and incidence rate of rebleeding were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the channel passing time,consultation calling time,hospital stay,and rescue time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rescue success rate was significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of rebleeding was significantly lower in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion"Three-fixed"emergency nursing model combined with in-hospital green channel optimization nursing can enhance the success rate of rescue,reduce the incidence rate of rebleeding,and shorten the hospital stay for patients with AUGH.
