优化推拿方法结合自体牵引对肌源性先天性斜颈患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的 探究优化推拿方法结合自体牵引对肌源性先天性斜颈患儿的效果。方法 选取2020年12月~2021年12月我院收治肌源性先天性斜颈患儿80例,随机分为常规组和观察组,每组各40例。常规组患儿给予优化推拿干预,观察组患儿在常规组基础上联合自体牵引干预。干预3个月后,观察两组干预后的效果;干预前后胸锁乳突肌功能[包块横径、包块厚度、胸锁乳突肌挛缩长度];干预前后症状积分。结果 干预后,观察组有效率95%(38/40),常规组75%(30/40),(P<0.05);观察组包块横径、包块厚度、胸锁乳突肌挛缩长度、症状积分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 肌源性先天性斜颈患儿,应用优化推拿方法结合自体牵引干预可加快患儿包块消退、改善胸锁乳突肌纤维化程度、减轻临床症状。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of an optimized massage method combined with autotraction on chil-dren with myogenic congenital torticollis.Methods A total of 80 children diagnosed with myogenic congenital torticollis,treated at our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021,were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into a conven-tional group and an observation group using the dynamic randomization method based on a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group received optimized massage intervention,while the observation group received autotraction in-tervention in addition to the conventional group's intervention.The effectiveness of the intervention,the function of the sternocleido-mastoid muscle(including the transverse diameter,thickness,and contracture length of the mass),and the symptom score before and after the intervention were observed in both groups.Results After the intervention,the effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group.The transverse diameter,thickness,and contracture length of the sternocleidomastoid muscle,as well as the symptom score,were significantly lower in the observation group compared to the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of an optimized massage method combined with autotraction intervention can accelerate the re-gression of mass,improve the degree of sternocleidomastoid muscle fibrosis,and relieve the clinical symptom in children with myo-genic congenital torticollis,and its overall effect is better than that of optimed massage method alone.
