摘　　要：为进一步优化区域应急避难场所布局,提高防灾减灾能力,促进城市安全韧性发展,本文以四川省德阳市为研究区域,基于应急避难场所点位数据,利用不平衡指数和空间自相关分析方法,开展德阳市应急避难场所的空间分布特征研究。结果显示:(1)德阳市共有168个应急避难场所点,其中罗江区数量最少,仅有2个,占总数的1.19%;旌阳区数量最多,达到104个,占总数的61.90%;造成这一差异的主要原因是旌阳区作为德阳市的中心城区,其人口密度、经济发展水平及政府重视程度均更高。(2)从空间分布均衡程度看,德阳市应急避难场所在县域尺度上的分布较不均衡,具有一定的聚集性,不平衡指数值为0.64,全局Moran's I指数为-0.34。得出结论:从空间关联聚集特征看,德阳市应急避难场所整体格局表现出较强的空间负相关性,呈现较显著的“高-低”和“低-高”分异态势,总体上形成“大聚集,小分散”的分布特征。In order to optimize the layout of regional emergency shelters,to improve disaster prevention and mitiga-tion capabilities,and to promote the development of urban safety resilience,we took Deyang City,Sichuan Prov-ince as the research object.Based on the location data of emergency shelters,the spatial distribution characteristics of emergency shelters in Deyang City were studied using imbalance index and spatial autocorrelation analysis meth-ods.The results showed that:(1)a total of 168 emergency shelters were located in Deyang City,among which Lu-ojiang District has the fewest numbers at only 2,accounting for 1.19%of the total number in the city.Jingyang District has the most numbers,reaching 104,accounting for 61.90%of the total number in the city.The main rea-son for this difference is that Jingyang District,as the central city of Deyang City,has higher population density,e-conomic development level and government attention.(2)From the perspective of spatial distribution balance,the distribution of emergency shelters in Deyang City at the county level is relatively uneven,with a certain degree of clustering,which is characterized by an imbalance index S value of 0.64.Draw a conclusion:From the perspective of spatial correlation aggregation characteristics,the overall pattern of emergency shelters in various districts and counties of Deyang City show strong spatial negative correlation.Specifically,the trend shows a significant“high-low”and“low-high”differentiation,forming a distribution characteristic of“large aggregation,small dispersion”.The corresponded global Moran′s I index is-0.34 that could pass the significance level test.
