摘　　要：为进一步提高地震应急响应指挥调度的科学管理水平及运转时效,基于Java技术平台,SpringBoot、MyBa-tis、Quartz等框架,研发一套地震应急响应指挥调度辅助软件,用于省级地震局在震后每个时段汇总各应急工作组的震后产出成果,并快捷地自动形成统一的标准化汇报文档,提升地震应急响应协同指挥调度能力。自2023年9月在山东省地震局部署以来,该系统已多次服务地震应急模拟演练,可有效减少各应急工作组、中心站文档汇总时容易出现误报、漏报、多报的事件,提高震后信息文档汇集效率,具有良好的应用价值和可推广性。Based on the Java technology platform such as SpringBoot,MyBatis,and Quartz,we have developed a set of earthquake emergency response command and software to further improve the scientific management level and operational timeliness of earthquake emergency response.The system can be used by provincial earthquake bureaus to summarize the post-earthquake output at each emergency task,which quickly and automatically forms a unified standardized reporting document to enhance the collaborative command and dispatch capabilities of earthquake e-mergency response.The system has been built in the Shandong Seismological Bureau since September 2023 and served in many seismic emergency simulation exercises,which effectively reduces the prone situation of false a-larms,omissions,and over-reports in summary of documents at various emergency task and central stations.The system can improve the efficiency of collecting post-earthquake information documents and show good application and promotion.
