摘　　要：单病种质量管理是医院提高医疗质量管理水平的重要抓手。针对福建省某三级甲等综合医院单病种质量管理在工作中存在评价方式滞后、仍以传统结果质量为主,过程质量管理缺失,临床诊疗工作同质化程度不够,信息化程度低无法实时智能提醒等问题,基于Donabedian理论结构—过程—结果的3个维度,探讨构建医院单病种质量管理体系,取得阶段性管理成效,并思考构建过程中应注意的问题,提出建议,以供借鉴参考。Single disease quality management is an important starting point for hospitals to improve the level of medical quality management.In response to the fact that a tertiary-level comprehensive hospital in Fujian Province is facing problems,such as outdated evaluation methods,traditional outcome-based quality management,lack of process quality management,insufficient degree of clinical diagnosis and treatment standardization,and low level of information technology.Based on Donabedian's theory of structure-process-outcome three dimensions,explores the construction of a hospital single disease quality management system and achieves initial management results.lIt also considers the issues that need to be addressed during the construction process and provides suggestions forreference.
