摘 要:目的 了解资深中医医师胜任素质,构建资深中医医师胜任素质模型。方法 采用文献研究法、专家咨询法、行为事件访谈法和问卷调查法筛选模型指标、收集数据,采用探索性因子分析法构建模型。结果 资深中医医师胜任模型由医学及相关知识掌握、临床技能与科研素质、人际沟通交流能力、管理能力、人文素养和中医思维6个因子26个指标构成。结论 构建的资深中医医师胜任素质模型稳定性较好,不仅为资深中医医师的招聘、培训和绩效考核等人力资源管理实践提供指导,同时还可以为推进中医药人才发展体制机制改革提供参考。Objective To understand the competency quality of senior Chinese medicine practitioners and construct a competency model of senior Chinese medicine practitioners.Methods Literature research method,expert consultation method,behavioral event interview method and questionnaire survey method were used to screen model indicators,collect data,and use exploratory factor analysis method to build the model.Results The senior Chinese medicine practitioner competency model consists of six factors and 26 indicators including medical and related knowledge mastery,clinical skills and scientific research quality,interpersonal communication ability,management ability,humanistic literacy and Chinese medicine thinking.Conclusion The constructed competency model of senior Chinese medicine practitioners has good stability,which not only provides guidance for human resource management practices such as recruitment,training and performance appraisal of senior Chinese medicine practitioners,but also provides a reference for promoting the reform of the system and mechanism of talent development in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
