摘 要:油基钻屑是油基钻井液使用过程中产生的一种常见危险废物,由地层携带固体与钻井液组成。现阶段油基钻屑处理技术以油固分离为核心,包括热处理技术、萃取技术、生物处理技术等,已实现工业规模应用。本文从油基钻屑的组成特点和相关处置要求出发,分析了传统处理技术在综合能耗、处理效率、次生环保等方面的优缺点,综述了共热处理技术、超临界流体萃取处理技术和活性剂强化生物处理技术等新兴油基钻屑处理技术的研究进展,阐明了未来油基钻屑处理技术的发展方向。Oil-based drilling cuttings,composed of solid waste in formation and drilling fluids,is a common hazardous waste produced during the use of oil-based drilling fluids.Current treatment technologies for oil-based drilling cuttings,with oil-solid separation as the core idea,involve thermal treatment,extraction treatment,biological treatment,and other methods,having achieved industrial-scale applications.Based on the composition characteristics and relevant policies on treating it,this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of traditional treatment technologies in terms of comprehensive energy consumption,treatment efficiency,and secondary environmental protection.It reviewed the research progress in new treatment technologies like co-thermal treatment,supercritical fluid extraction,and surfactant-enhanced bioremediation.Finally,it expounded on the development directions of treatment technologies in the future.
