榴莲壳活性炭的合成及其对孔雀石绿染料的吸附性能

摘  要:以榴莲壳为原料,制备了榴莲壳活性炭,并将其用于阳离子型有机染料孔雀石绿的吸附去除。采用SEM、FTIR等手段对制得的榴莲壳活性炭进行了表征。考察了吸附温度、吸附时间、初始溶液pH、榴莲壳活性炭加入量、初始孔雀石绿质量浓度等条件对榴莲壳活性炭吸附孔雀石绿性能的影响。表征结果显示,榴莲壳活性炭孔隙结构发达,能与孔雀石绿染料充分结合,展现出良好的吸附性能。实验结果表明:榴莲壳活性炭吸附孔雀石绿的最佳实验条件为吸附温度25℃、吸附时间360 min、初始溶液pH 6、榴莲壳活性炭加入量40 mg/L、初始孔雀石绿质量浓度200 mg/L;在该条件下,榴莲壳活性炭对孔雀石绿的吸附量为186 mg/g,孔雀石绿去除率为91.8%。Activated carbon prepared from durian shells was used to adsorb cationic organic malachite green dye.SEM,FTIR,and some other methods were used to characterize the durian shell-based activated carbon.This paper investigated the effects of adsorption temperature,adsorption time,initial solution pH,the addition amount of durian shell-based activated carbon,malachite green mass concentration,and others on the adsorption ability of the activated carbon on the material.Characterization results show that the prepared activated carbon has a favorable adsorption ability with a well-developed pore structure.According to the experimental results,the best conditions for absorbing malachite green include a temperature of 25℃,an adsorption time of 360 min,an initial solution pH of 6,an addition amount of durian shell-based activated carbon of 40 mg/L,and an initial malachite green mass concentration of 200 mg/L.Under the above conditions,the capacity of adsorbing malachite green by the activated carbon is 186 mg/g,and the removal rate of malachite green reaches 91.8%.
