摘　　要：文章调研和分析中美公共图书馆健康信息服务现状,从服务主体、服务对象、服务资源、服务方式、服务支持五个维度对中美12所公共图书馆的健康信息服务实践情况进行对比分析,提出增加健康信息服务合作主体、细分健康信息服务对象、强化健康信息资源建设、拓展健康信息服务方式与支撑等建议,以期为我国公共图书馆健康信息服务优化发展提供参考。The article researches and analyzes the current situation of health information services in public libraries in China and America,and compares and analyzes the health information service practices of 12 public libraries in China and America in fi ve dimensions,namely,service subjects,service recipients,service resources,service modes,and service support.Suggestions are proposed to increase co-operation partners in health information services,subdivide health information service objects,strengthen the construction of health information resources,and expand health information service methods and support,so as to provide reference for the optimization and development of health information services in public libraries in China.
