摘　　要：目的:分析预防医学本科新生的专业认同变化及其影响因素,探索针对预防医学新生的专业教育方案。方法:对某校2020级预防医学生进行问卷调查,通过Mann-Whitney U检验比较其入学时和一年级末认知、情感、行为、适切4个维度的专业认同得分,并进一步分析相关影响因素。结果:公费班专业认同状况优于普通班。一年级末,仅普通班认知维度的专业认同得分有所提高。普通班自选高考志愿和城市生源学生专业认同较高,公费班男生专业认同较高。结论:预防医学新生的专业认同需要通过更有针对性的专业教育来提升。Objective:To examine changes in professional identity among preventive medicine freshmen and explore educational strategies tailored to these students.Method:A survey was conducted among 2020 preventive medicine students,comparing their cognitive,emotional,behavioral,and appropriateness dimensions at admission and end of freshman year using the Mann-Whitney U test and further analysis of influencing factors.Results:The publicly funded class showed stronger professional identity than the general class.Urban background and self-selected majors also positively influenced identity levels.Conclusion:Targeted education is necessary to strengthen professional identity in preventive medicine freshmen.
