摘 要:目的:调查临床实习护生与在校护生的压力状况,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取某高校的护生为研究对象,使用Beck压力量表进行问卷调查。结果:临床实习护生与在校护生在个人压力、学业压力等方面存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床实习护生压力较大,与考试成绩、学习内容难度、就业情况等因素显著相关。因此,有必要对临床实习护生开展健康教育,以减轻其压力。Objective:To investigate and analyze the stress levels of nursing students in clinical internships compared to those in school,as well as associated influencing factors.Method:A convenience sample was used to survey nursing students with the Beck Stress Inventory(BSSI).Results indicated statistically significant differences in personal and academic stress between clinical and school-based students(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing students in clinical internships experience higher stress,strongly correlated with exam scores,academic difficulty,and job prospects.Health education for these students is essential to alleviate stress.
