摘　　要：冠状病毒家族成员庞大、宿主种类繁多、变异性强,是近年来新发传染病的重要来源,在家禽中具有高度传染性,给畜牧业造成重大损失。大多数野生鸟类具有飞翔能力,经常集群迁徙,作为禽源流感病毒及冠状病毒的自然宿主,共感染现象普遍,造成携带的病毒传播广泛,严重威胁社会公共卫生安全。本文通过回顾冠状病毒的分类、宿主范围、检测方法等方面的研究进展,综合分析了野生鸟类中冠状病毒的流行现状,探讨了当前用于诊断野生鸟类冠状病毒的主要方法和技术,以及其面临的挑战和未来发展趋势。The Coronavirus family has large members,wide host range and high variability,and is an important source of emerging infectious diseases in recent years.Most wild birds have the ability to fly and often migrate in clusters.As the natural host of avian influenza viruses and coronaviruses,coinfection is common,resulting in the wide spread of the virus,and seriously threatening social and public health security.By reviewing the research progress in the classification,host range and detection methods of coronaviruses,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current prevalence of coronaviruses in wild birds,and discusses the main methods and technologies for the diagnosis of coronaviruses in wild birds,as well as the challenges and future development trends.
