摘　　要：2023年陕西肉牛养殖受进口牛肉、国内市场价格以及饲料投入成本影响,肉牛生产呈现波动性回缩,存栏量降低,牛肉产量产能稳中有升,持续向好,市场供应充裕,消费需求旺盛,但养殖利润空间逐步缩小,产业下行压力增大,养殖积极性受挫。本文对2023年我省肉牛业发展情况进行了生产形势分析,提出了2024年肉牛业发展展望及对策。In 2023,the beef cattle breeding in Shaanxi Province will be affected by imported beef,domestic market prices,and feed input costs.Beef cattle production will show fluctuating shrinkage,inventory will decrease,and beef production capacity will steadily increase,continuing to improve.The market supply will be abundant,and consumer demand will be strong.However,the profit margin of breeding will gradually shrink,the downward pressure on the industry will increase,and the enthusiasm for breeding will be frustrated.This article presents the production situation of the beef cattle industry in our province in 2023,and proposes prospects and countermeasures for the development of the beef cattle industry in 2024.
