摘  要:数字经济时代的到来改变着人们的思维和生活方式,给传统文科人才培养带来了全新挑战。通过对数字经济时代新文科人才培养面临挑战的分析,剖析了数字经济时代对新文科人才培养的新要求,从教学理念、教学手段、教学目标和教学氛围等方面对数字经济时代新文科人才培养模式进行构建,并进一步从推进深度校企合作、建设数字化师资队伍、优化人才培养课程体系和创新课外实践教学活动等方面提出了数字经济时代新文科人才的培养建议和策略。The arrival of the digital economy era is changing people's thinking and lifestyle,bringing new challenges to the cultivation of traditional humanities talents.By analyzing the challenges faced by the cultivation of new liberal arts talents in the digital economy era,this paper analyzes the new requirements for the cultivation of new liberal arts talents in the digital economy era.From the aspects of teaching philosophy,teaching methods,teaching objectives,and teaching atmosphere,the new liberal arts talent cultivation model in the digital economy era is constructed.Furthermore,suggestions and strategies for the cultivation of new liberal arts talents in the digital economy era are proposed from the aspects of promoting deep school enterprise cooperation,building a digital teaching staff,optimizing the talent training curriculum system,and innovating extracurricular practical teaching activities.
