摘 要:迁移体是近年来发现的一种迁移依赖的新型膜性细胞器。在细胞迁移过程中,尾部区域会产生一种收缩丝结构,其尖端或收缩丝相互交织的交叉点是膜性细胞器形成的关键点。迁移体在脱离细胞后成为一种新的细胞外囊泡(extracellular vesicles,EVs)。迁移体产生依赖于细胞的迁移运动。迁移体的大小、生物合成、运输方式以及对受体细胞的影响与其他细胞器有所不同。越来越多的研究表明,迁移体参与多种病理生理过程。本文综述了迁移体的产生、形成机制、分离方法和鉴定技术,并探讨了迁移体在多种病理生理过程中的作用和机制,如胚胎血管形成、血脑屏障损伤、保护脑卒中后肺炎以及免疫细胞通过血管生成因子促进血管生成等。此外,本文还探讨了迁移体作为一种新型微米级膜性细胞器在临床诊断和治疗方面的潜力。Migrasome is a newly discovered migration dependent membrane organelle in recent years.During cells migration,a contraction filament structure is generated in the tail region,and its tip or the intersection of contraction filaments is the key point for the formation of membranous organelles.After leaving the cell,the migrasomes becomes a new type of extracellular vesicles(EVs).The production of migrasomes depends on the migration movement of the cells.The size,biosynthesis,transport mode,and impact on receptor cells of migratory bodies are different from other organelles.An increasing number of studies indicate that migrasomes are involved in various pathophysiological processes.This paper reviews the generation,formation mechanisms,separation methods,and identification techniques of migrasomes,and explores their roles and mechanisms in various pathophysiological processes,such as embryonic angiogenesis,blood-brain barrier damage,protection against post-stroke pneumonia,and immune cells promotion of angiogenesis through angiogenesis.In addition,we also explore the potential of migrasomes as a novel microscale membrane organelle in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
