摘　　要：共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,社会保障高质量发展是实现共享发展、走向共同富裕的重要制度保障。本文构建社会保障高质量发展和共同富裕的多维测度指标体系,使用熵值法测算了2011-2021年31个省(自治区、直辖市)的社会保障高质量发展和共同富裕水平,引入动态空间杜宾模型分析了社会保障高质量发展对共同富裕的影响及其区域差异。研究结果表明:我国共同富裕水平和社会保障高质量发展水平总体上有待提升,存在“东部最高—中部次之—西部最低”的阶梯状东西差异分布格局和“南强北弱”的南北差异态势。社会保障促进共同富裕存在跨区域差异和邻近区域集群溢出并存的区域性特征,一方面,社会保障高质量发展以其普惠、公平、充分、可持续、发展等特征通过经济、文化、社会和心理功能的发挥促进实现共同富裕,但受到区域差异的调节;另一方面,社会保障高质量发展对共同富裕有空间溢出效应,本省社会保障高质量发展通过空间溢出的形式正向促进邻省的共同富裕。基于此,扎实推进社会保障高质量发展,推动区域均衡发展,建立跨区域合作机制是实现共同富裕目标的重要路径。Common prosperity is a significant requirement of socialism,and the high-quality development of social security is an essential institutional guarantee for achieving common development and advancing toward common prosperity.This study constructs a multidimensional measurement index system of high-quality development of social security and common prosperity,and uses entropy weight method to estimate the level of high-quality development of social security and common prosperity of 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government)from 2011 to 2021.In this research,the Spatial Dubin Model(SDM)is introduced as a method to analyze the impact of high-quality development of social security on common prosperity and its regional differences.According to the study's findings,the level of common prosperity and the level of high-quality development of social security in China need to be improved on the whole.From the difference of east and west,they show a stepped distribution pattern of“highest in the east,second in the middle,and lowest in the west”.From the difference of north and south,they show a trend of“strong in the south and weak in the north”.Social security to promote common prosperity has regional characteristics,not only cross-regional differences,but also the cluster effect of neighboring regions.On the one hand,the high-quality development of social security has significantly promoted the realization of common prosperity through its characteristics of universality,fairness,adequacy,sustainability,and development,and the full play of its economic,cultural,social,and psychological functions,but it is adjusted by regional differences.On the other hand,the high-quality development of social security has a spatial spillover effect on common prosperity,and the high-quality development of social security in this province is positively promoting the common prosperity of neighboring provinces through the form of spatial spillover.Therefore,firmly promoting high-quality dev
