摘　　要：随着“互联网+”战略实施和数字技术发展,金融市场发生深刻变革,依托于互联网平台和大数据、物联网等技术的数字普惠金融应运而生。为探讨数字普惠金融和产业结构升级间的作用机制以及技术进步在这一过程中的角色,本文收集了中国31个省份在2011-2021年期间的面板数据,对其进行检验分析论证。结果表明,数字普惠金融的“广度、深度、程度”对产业结构升级有着明显的促进作用。技术进步在其中具有助推作用,显著调节了二者的相互关系。因此,本文从宣传引导、技术创新、金融体系构建等方面提出可行性建议,为优化产业结构、推动产业提质增效提供思路。With the implementation of the“Internet Plus”strategy and the development of digital technologies,the financial market has undergone profound changes.Digital inclusive finance,which relies on internet platforms and technologies such as big data and the Internet of Things,has emerged in response.To explore the mechanism of digital inclusive finance influencing industrial structure upgrading,as well as the role of technological progress in this process,we collects panel data from 31 provinces in China over the period from 2011 to 2021.A rigorous examination and analysis were conducted.The results show that the coverage breadth,usage depth,and degree of digitalization of digital inclusive finance can significantly promote the upgrading of industrial structure.Technological progress acts as a catalyst in this process,significantly moderating the relationship between them.Therefore,this paper proposes policy recommendations in the areas of technical innovation,publicity,the establishment of a financial system,to facilitate the advancement of digital inclusive finance and the enhancement of industrial structure for improved quality and efficiency.
