摘　　要：解放和发展生产力是中国共产党推动中国社会主义现代化建设的重要途径,关于解放和发展生产力的论述也是中国共产党推动马克思主义中国化时代化的重要体现和创新所在。文章系统考察了中国共产党在不同历史时期对解放和发展生产力的理论探索与创新,指出从新民主主义革命时期的破除生产关系对生产力束缚,到社会主义革命和建设时期的探索新的生产关系以发展生产力,到改革开放和现代化建设时期将发展生产力作为本质内容和首要任务,再到中国特色社会主义新时代以来提出以新质生产力深化生产力发展,中国共产党持续推进了马克思主义中国化时代化,围绕解放和发展两个维度不断推动生产关系与生产力相适应,始终强调科学技术对于生产力发展的积极作用,并从要素构成及组合的视角深化了对生产力的理解。而坚持马克思主义科学真理,坚持解放思想与实事求是,坚持以人民为中心,坚持顺应现代化发展趋势,是中国共产党得以长期成功解放和发展生产力的经验启示所在。The liberation and development of productive forces are crucial avenues for the Communist Party of China(CPC)in promoting the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The discourse on liberating and developing productive forces is also a significant reflection and innovation in the CPC's efforts to adapt and update Marxism to Chinese conditions.This paper systematically examines the theoretical exploration and innovation of the CPC regarding the liberation and development of productive forces in different historical periods.It points out that from breaking the shackles of production relations on productive forces during the new-democratic revolution,to exploring new production relations for the development of productive forces during the socialist revolution and construction,to considering the development of productive forces as the essential content and primary task during the new period of reform,opening-up,and socialist modernization,and then to the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics of deepening the development of productive forces with new quality productive forces,the CPC continuously advances the sinicization and modernization of Marxism.It constantly promotes the adaptation of production relations to productive forces,always emphasizes the positive role of science and technology in the development of productive forces,and deepenes the understanding of productive forces from the perspective of element composition and combination.Adhering to the scientific truths of Marxism,persisting in liberating thoughts and seeking truth from facts,insisting on a people-centered approach,and adapting to the development trends of modernization are the experiential insights that enables the CPC to successfully liberate and develop productive forces over the long term.
