摘　　要：党的十八大以来,在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导下,以中国共产党为主体的政党外交实践取得新进展,中国特色政党外交理论迎来创新发展的新时期。本文以中国和坦桑尼亚党际交往为例,着眼于新时代中国特色政党外交发展的理论与现实需求,立足于对当前国内学术界政党外交研究情况的总结,从比较视野出发,对开展新时代中坦党际交往研究的价值、机遇和路径进行分析,以期为下一步更好地开展中坦党际交往的研究指明方向,为研究中国特色政党外交探索出更加丰富和多维的视角。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and Xi Jinping's thought of diplomacy,the practice of party diplomacy with the CPC as the main body has made new progress,and the theory of party diplomacy with Chinese characteristics has ushered in a new era of innovation and development.This article takes the diplomatic relation between the CPC and CCM of Tanzania,adheres to the research standpoint of Marxism,focuses on the theoretical and practical needs of the development of the CPC's party diplomacy in the new era,and summarizes the current research situation of party diplomacy in the domestic academic community.Starting from a comparative perspective,it analyzes the value,opportunities,and paths of conducting research on the diplomatic relation between the CPC and CCM of Tanzania in the new era,with the aim of pointing out the direction for better research on the diplomatic relation between the CPC and CCM of Tanzania in the next step,and exploring richer and more multidimensional perspectives for studying CPC's party diplomacy.
