摘　　要：1.Introduction As one of the most densely populated regions in the world,East Asia suffers significant socioeconomic impacts from extreme events such as heatwaves,floods,and tropical cyclones.For instance,in July 2021,Henan province was struck by a record-breaking rainstorm,with Zhengzhou experiencing unusual precipitation intensities reaching 201.9 mm per hour.
