摘  要:将可变可再生能源(VRES)和储能系统(ESS)应用于微电网(MG)有利于提高电力系统供电的可靠性和经济性,但由于VRES出力的不确定以及ESS的运行状态给微网调度带来挑战。基于此,提出一种采用VRES和ESS微电网运行多阶段随机规划模型,分为短期模型和长期模型。短期模型采用来自每6 h更新一次的预测信息,而长期模型则考虑超出预测范围的存储能量值。采用随机对偶动态规划(SDDP)和马尔科夫链求解该模型,结果表明,对于VRES发电和ESS程度高、可调度发电能力有限的系统,考虑短期和长期不确定性具有很大的必要性。The application of variable renewable energy sources(VRES)and energy storage system(ESS)in the microgrid is beneficial to improve the reliability and economy of power supply of the power system.But it also brings challenges due to the uncertainty of VERS and ESS.Based on this,this paper proposes a multi-stage stochastic programming model for microgrid operation using VRES and ESS,which is divided into short-term model and long-term model.The short-term model leverages information from forecasts that are updated every six hours,while the long-term model considers the value of stored energy beyond the forecast horizon.The model is solved using stochastic dual dynamic programming(SDDP)and Markovian chains,and the results show that systems with high degree of VRES generation and ESS and limited dispatchable generation capacity is of great importance to consider short-term and long-term uncertainties.
