摘 要:针对忽略不同电压、容量配电网与大规模分布式电源之间匹配程度,线损较高的问题,设计一种大规模分布式电源接入中低压配电网分层分区规划方法。基于大规模分布式电源,选择T接入方式,基于分层分区的原则,建立计及大规模分布式电源的中低压配电网规划模型,分上、下两层建立模型,设定约束条件函数,引入量子遗传算法,反复更新中低压配电网分区规划结果,得到最优规划方案。实验结果表明,应用设计的规划方法后,大规模分布式电源接入中低压配电网的线损更少,运行的经济成本更低。Aiming at the problem of high line loss caused by neglecting the matching degree between different voltage and capacity distribution networks and large-scale distributed power sources,a planning method for large-scale distributed generation access to medium and low-voltage distribution network based on hierarchical zoning is designed.Based on large-scale distributed generation,the T access mode is selected.Based on the principle of hierarchical zoning,the medium and low-voltage distribution network planning model which considers large-scale distributed generation is established.The model is established at the upper and lower levels,the constraint function is set,the quantum genetic algorithm is introduced,and the zoning planning results of medium and low-voltage distribution network are updated repeatedly to obtain the optimal planning scheme.The experimental results show that after applying the designed planning method,the line loss of large-scale distributed generation connected to medium and low-voltage distribution network is less and the economic cost of operation is lower.
