摘  要:为了提升继电保护装置运行的可靠性,设计基于LabVIEW的继电保护装置柔性自动化测试系统。硬件层内测试仪依据二次开发层制定的测试方案,PC机利用LabVIEW设计数据采集模块、数据显示模块与报表生成模块;通信接口层利用测试仪通信接口与PC机接口,通过数据层分类存储接收的数据;结合数据层内存存储的数据,得到继电保护装置柔性自动化测试结果,并传输至PC机,生成测试报表;二次开发层通过调用数据层内存储的数据,设计柔性自动化测试方案,并传输至测试仪完成测试。实验证明:该系统可有效采集继电保护装置运行数据,完成柔性自动化测试;故障类型不同时,继电保护装置均可正确执行保护动作。In order to improve the reliability of relay protection device,a flexible automatic test system of relay protection device based on LabVIEW is designed.The hardware layer of the tester is based on the test plan formulated by the secondary development layer.The PC uses LabVIEW to design the data acquisition module,data display module and report generation module.The communication interface layer uses the communication interface of the tester and the PC interface to classify and store the received data through the data layer.Combined with the data stored in the memory of the data layer,the flexible automatic test result of the relay protection device is obtained,transmitted to the PC,and the test report is generated.The secondary development layer designs the flexible automatic test scheme by invoking the data stored in the data layer,and transmits to the tester to complete the test.Experiments show that the system can effectively collect the running data of the relay protection device and complete the flexible automatic test.When the fault type is different,the relay protection device can carry out the protection action correctly.
