壮医“三气同步”理论核心在于“动”之内涵及在临床诊疗中的应用

摘　　要：“三气同步”理论是壮医理论体系的核心部分之一,是壮医阐明人体生理功能、病因病理变化及疾病防治的重要基础理论。“三气同步”理论核心在于“动”,即天气动、地气动、人气亦动,三气通过适度的运动,促进和保持动态平衡,人体才会健康。故“动”则通,生理上以“动”为用,病理上以“动”为度,治疗上以“动”为要。文章通过分析壮医“三气同步”理论核心在于“动”之内涵,探索其在壮医临床诊疗中的融入与运用,为壮医学理论体系的深度学习和壮医临床诊疗提供参考。The theory of“synchronization of heaven-qi,earth-qi and human-qi”is one of the core parts of the theoretical system of Zhuang medicine,and an important basic theory for Zhuang medicine to clarify the physiological function of human body,etiological and pathological changes and disease prevention.The core of the theory of“three-qi synchronization”lies in the“movement”,that is,the heaven,the earth,and the human also move.Only through moderate movement of the three-qi can the human body be healthy by promoting and maintaining the dynamic balance.Therefore,“movement”leads to communication.Physiologically,“movement”is used,pathologically,“movement”is the degree,and in treatment,“movement”is the key.By analyzing the connotation of“movement”as the core of the theory of“three-qi synchronization”in Zhuang medicine,this paper explores its integration and application in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Zhuang medicine,providing reference for the deep learning of the theoretical system of Zhuang medicine and the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Zhuang medicine.
