敦煌遗书中临证辨治牛皮癣角药探析

摘　　要：角药是以中医基本理论为指导,中医辨证论治为前提的三药联用,互为犄角的一种临床组方配伍用药形式。从敦煌遗书中可提取具有“藤”“子”“草”“白”“香”“叶”药物功效的6组特色角药,其功能为清热凉血、疏风止痒、搜风除湿、养血润肤、养阴润燥、息风止痒、通络消斑。在临证辨治牛皮癣时尤其标新立异,配伍严谨,组方独特,用药灵活,可拟方名,疗效显著,常获痊愈。通过总结为临床诊治牛皮癣提供宝贵的参考价值。Cornering medicine is a clinical combination of three drugs,guided by the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine and based on the premise of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,which act as horns for each other.Six groups of characteristic horn medicines with medicinal effects of“vine”,“seed”,“grass”,“white”,“fragrance”,and“leaf”can be extracted from the Dunhuang relics.Their functions include clearing heat and cooling blood,dispersing wind and relieving itching,searching for wind and removing dampness,nourishing blood and moistening the skin,nourishing yin and moistening dryness,calming wind and relieving itching,and clearing collaterals and removing spots.In the clinical differentiation and treatment of psoriasis,it is particularly innovative,with rigorous compatibility,unique formulation,flexible medication,and can be named,with significant therapeutic effects,often recovering.The summary provides valuable reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis.
