摘  要:目的:建立一测多评法同时测定感冒退烧片中葛根素、3'-甲氧基葛根素、大豆苷、大豆苷元的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Agilent Zorbax SB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,柱温30℃;流动相乙腈-0.4%磷酸,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为250 nm。以葛根素为内标,计算其他3种异黄酮成分的相对校正因子,计算其含量。结果:4种异黄酮成分在各自范围内线性关系良好,各相对校正因子重复性良好,一测多评法所得结果与外标法接近,相对平均偏差<5.0%。结论:QAMS法方法新颖,简捷准确,节约成本,可用于感冒退烧片的质量控制。Objective To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS)method for the simultaneous determination of puerarin,3'-Methoxy Puerarin,Daidzin,Daidzein in Ganmao Tuishao Tablets.Methods HPLC was performed on Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)at 30℃;the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.the detection wavelength was 250 nm.Using puerarin as the internal standard,calculate the relative correction factors of the other three isoflavones and calculate their content.Results The linear relationship of the four components was good in their respective ranges,and the repeatability of the relative correction factors was good.The results of multi-components by single marker method showed good agreement with those of external standard method,the relative mean deviation(RAD)was less than 5.0%.Conclusion QAMS method is novel,simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Ganmao Tuishao Tablets.
