摘　　要：颈性眩晕是由颈部病理改变所导致的眩晕,是一种临床常见病、多发病。临床上治疗颈性眩晕大多疗程长且疗效不甚理想。利用刃针结合刺血拔罐治疗颈性眩晕能突破历来治疗方法的局限性,缩短疗程、提高疗效,为患者、医者提供便利,其疗效确切,值得在临床中推广。文章通过验案例举分析,简要介绍刃针以及结合刺血拔罐治疗颈性眩晕的方法和机理,以期在拓宽刃针使用面的同时为颈性眩晕的治疗提供新的思路和方法,供同道参考。Cervical vertigo is a common and frequently occurring clinical disease caused by pathological changes in the neck.In clinical practice,the treatment of cervical vertigo is mostly long and the efficacy is not ideal.The use of blade needle combined with blood puncture and cupping to treat cervical vertigo can break the limitations of traditional treatment methods,shorten the course of treatment,improve efficacy,and provide convenience for patients and doctors.Its therapeutic effect is definite and worthy of clinical promotion.The article briefly introduces the methods and mechanisms of treating cervical vertigo using blade needles and combined with blood puncture and cupping through case studies,aiming to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of cervical vertigo while expanding the use of blade needles,for reference by colleagues.
