摘　　要：面肌痉挛是针灸科常见病种之一,随着社会生活压力剧增,本病的发病率逐年增高,虽无性命之虞,但严重困扰了患者社会交往与生活,对患者造成心理负担。在临床上,针刺治疗面肌痉挛效果显著,拥有绿色、安全、副作用少等特点,脐针疗法是通过针刺人体的脐部来调和阴阳,达到祛除病邪的一种新型针法,不仅具有一穴多针、一穴多效的优势,也减轻了患者治疗承受的痛苦。文章重点介绍脐针治疗面肌痉挛的思路。Hemifacial spasm is one of the common diseases in acupuncture,with the rapid increase of social life pressure,the incidence of this disease is increasing year by year,even if it is not life-threatening,but it seriously troubles the patient's social communication and life,causing psychological burden to the patient.Clinically,acupuncture treatment of hemifacial spasm effect is remarkable,with green,safe,few side effects and other characteristics,umbilical acupuncture therapy is through acupuncture of the human umbilicus to harmonize yin and yang,to achieve the elimination of disease and evil A new type of acupuncture method,not only has the advantages of one point multiple needles,one point multiple effects,but also reduces the pain of the patient's treatment.This article focuses on the idea of umbilical needle treatment for hemifacial spasm.
