基于瑶医“盈亏平衡”理论探讨倒水莲暖风汤对少、弱精子症的疗效

摘　　要：目的:从瑶医“盈亏平衡”理论探讨倒水莲暖风汤对少、弱精子症的影响。方法:将112例少、弱精子症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例,对照组给予生精胶囊治疗;观察组给予瑶药倒水莲暖风汤治疗,两组均治疗12周。治疗第4、8、12周记录精液量、精子浓度、前向运动率、精子活动率。结果:两组在治疗4周、8周、12周后,精液量、精子浓度、PR、PR+NP均较治疗前均有提高,且治疗时间越长,提高程度越明显(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗12周后,对照组妊娠率为16.07%,观察组妊娠率为32.14%,观察组配偶妊娠率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗12周后,对照组有效率为80.36%,观察组有效率为89.29%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瑶药倒水莲暖风汤可以显著提高少弱精子症患者的精液量、浓度、前向运动率和精子活动率,增加配偶的妊娠率。Objective To explore the effect of Yao medicine Daoshuilian Nuanfeng Decoction on oligospermia and asthenospermia from the theory of“gain and loss balance”in Yao medicine.Methods 112 patients with oligospermia and asthenospermia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shengjing capsule,and the observation group was treated with Yao medicine Daoshuilian Nuanfeng Decoction.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Semen volume,sperm concentration,forward motility rate and sperm motility rate were recorded at 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment.Results After 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,semen volume,sperm concentration,PR and PR+NP in both groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and the longer the treatment time,the more obvious the improvement degree was(P<0.05).The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the pregnancy rate of the control group was 16.07%,and that of the observation group was 32.14%,and the spouse pregnancy rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 80.36%and that of the observation group was 89.29%,and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yao medicine Daoshuilian Nuanfeng Decoction can significantly increase semen volume,concentration,forward motility rate and sperm motility rate of patients with oligonasthenospermia,and increase the pregnancy rate of spouses.
