中西医结合治疗阴虚湿热型慢性湿疹59例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗对慢性湿疹(阴虚湿热型)的临床疗效。方法:将113例门诊湿疹患者纳入研究,随机分为观察组59例,对照组54例。对照组给予盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊治疗;观察组在此基础上服用自拟路佩三皮汤加减治疗。28天后,观察两组瘙痒程度、皮损程度、临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:两组患者在用药后,瘙痒程度评分、皮损程度评分较用药前显著下降(P<0.05),用药后观察组瘙痒程度下降优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率94.92%,显著高于对照组83.33%,差异显著。临床观察期间,两组未出现明显不良反应。结论:与单纯使用抗组胺药盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊相比,自拟路佩三皮汤加减的联用能降低湿疹患者瘙痒和皮损程度,提高临床疗效,值得皮肤科临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of integrative traditional Chinese medicine treatment of yin deficiency dampness-heat type eczema.Methods 113 patients with eczema were randomly divided into the observation group(n=59)and the control group(n=54).The control group was treated with epistine hydrochloride,and the observation group was given Lupei Sanpi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The itching severity score,lesion severity score,therapeutic effects,and adverse reaction were observed after 28 days of treatment.Results The itching severity score,lesion severity score of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with that before medication(P<0.05).After medication,the itching severity score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.92%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%).No obvious adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Compared with the simple use of antihistamine epistine hydrochloride,the combination of self-prepared Lupei Sanpi Decoction can reduce the degree of itch and lesion,improve the clinical efficacy,and is worthy of clinical application.
