摘 要:目的了解北京市西城区放射诊疗医疗资源分布及应用现状,为合理规划全区放射诊疗设备的配置和放射防护决策的制订提供科学依据。方法采用网络填报和现场核查的方法,调查西城区医疗机构、放射诊疗设备、放射工作人员数量和分布及设备应用频率,及时发现存在问题。结果西城区77家从事放射诊疗的医疗机构中,三级医院占31.17%,二级医院占18.18%,一级和未评级医疗机构占50.65%。2485名放射工作人员中,男女性别比为1.32∶1;本科、本科以下及本科以上人员分别占32.68%、27.93%和39.39%;初级、中级和高级职称与其他人员分别为38.59%、37.75%和23.66%。590台放射诊疗设备中,放射治疗设备、核医学设备、介入放射学设备主要集中在三级医院,而二级、一级和未评级医疗机构主要开展X射线影像诊断;2022—2023年X射线影像诊断的人口应用频率为2970人次/千人口(n=1100千人口),介入放射学与核医学诊疗的人口应用频率均为66人次/千人口,放射治疗的人口应用频率为37人次/千人口。结论放射诊疗资源与区域经济发展密切相关,西城区放射诊疗资源较多、分布不均匀,应注重放射诊疗资源的合理规划及配置。Objective To understand the basic situation and application frequency of radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy medical resource allocation in Xicheng district of Beijing and provide suggestions for the rational planning of the allocation of radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy equipment in the entire district and the formulation of radiation protection strategy.Methods By means of network reporting and on-site verification,the number,distribution and application frequency of medical institutions,radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy equipment and radiological workers in Xicheng district were investigated,and the existing problems were identified in time.Results Among 77 institutions engaging radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy in Xicheng district,31.17%were tertiary hospitals,18.18%were secondary hospitals,and 50.65%were first level and unrated medical institutions.There were 2485 radiological workers,with a male to female ratio of 1.32∶1.Those with bachelor’s degree,below bachelor’s degree and above bachelor’s degree accounted for 32.68%,27.93%and 39.39%of the survey participants,respectively.Those with junior,intermediate and senior titles and other personnel accounted for 38.59%,37.75%,and 23.66%of the survey participants,respectively.There were 590 radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy equipments.And the radiotherapy equipments,nuclear medicines,interventional radiology equipments were mainly concentrated in general tertiary hospitals,while other institutions at different levels mainly carried out radiodiagnosis.From 2022 to 2023,the application frequency of Xray diagnosis,interventional radiology,nuclear medicine and radiotherapy were 2970,66 and 37 times per thousand population,respectiviely.Conclusions The resources of radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy are closely related to regional economic development.There are abundant resources but uneven distribution of radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy in Xicheng district,it is necessary to pay attention to the rational planning and allocation of the resources.
