北京地区5例鹦鹉热衣原体感染病例流行病学及临床特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析北京市某区近一年的5例鹦鹉热衣原体感染病例的流行病学及临床特征。方法回顾性收集并分析北京市某区2022年11月—2023年10月的5起鹦鹉热疫情的发现、病例的流行病学及临床特征。结果在5例鹦鹉热病例中,2例来源于北京市某区2家医院报告的确诊病例,2例来源于某网络软件搜索的临床诊断病例,1例来源于医防融合过程中医务人员访谈。5例病例均有鸟类饲养史/接触史;均高热起病,其中4例因明显呼吸道症状就诊,1例因明显中枢神经系统症状就诊;4例病例经治疗后好转,1例病例死亡。结论应加强民众鹦鹉热衣原体感染健康教育,规范禽类售卖和饲养场所病原学监测,加强医疗机构鹦鹉热衣原体感染监测,提升医务人员鸟类饲养史/接触史问诊意识。Objective Analyze the epidemiological history and clinical characteristics of five cases of Chlamydia psittaci infection in a certain district of Beijing in the past year.Methods A retrospective collection and analysis were conducted on the discovery,epidemiological history,and clinical characteristics of five cases of psittacosis in a certain district of Beijing from November 2022 to October 2023.Results Among the five cases of psittacosis,two cases were confirmed cases reported by two hospitals in a certain district of Beijing,two cases were clinical diagnosis cases searched by a certain online software,and one was from interviews with medical personnel during the process of medical and prevention integration.All five patients had a history of bird breeding or contact.All cases presented with high fever,with four cases seeking medical attention due to obvious respiratory symptoms and one seeking medical attention due to obvious central nervous system symptoms.Four patients improved after treatment,and one patient died.Conclusions There is a need to strengthen public health education on Chlamydia psittaci infection,standardize pathogen monitoring in poultry sales and breeding environments,enhance the monitoring of Chlamydia psittaci infection in hospitals,and raise awareness among medical staff about inquiring into patients’bird breeding or contact history.
