摘 要:作为新一代智能化综合数字信息基础设施,第六代移动通信(6G)深度融合人工智能、大数据以及先进计算等技术,构建泛在互联,智能体高效互通的新型网络模式,具有更大系统容量、更快信息传输速率以及更加智能化与数字化的性能特征.智能超表面(reconfigurable intelligent surface,RIS)是推动未来6G通信网络实现超级无线带宽、超大规模连接以及极其可靠通信能力等方面性能的极具潜力的新兴技术.该技术是基于在数字超材料平面上集成的大量低成本无源反射元件,通过自适应配置无线传播环境,显著提高无线通信网络在复杂场景下的性能,而实现自适应动态调控通信链路的关键在于对RIS辅助的网络系统优化.为此,本文通过对RIS近年来在网络性能优化方面相关研究文献进行综述,从RIS辅助通信的网络架构及其性能优化方案和应用场景两个方面总结了当前RIS辅助的无线通信网络性能优化研究成果与进展,并进一步讨论了通信网络部署RIS的潜在未来研究方向.As a new generation of intelligent comprehensive digital information infrastructure,the 6th generation mobile communication(6G)deeply integrates the technologies of artificial intelligence,big data and advanced computing to build a new network mode of ubiquitous interconnection and efficient interworking of agents,which has a larger system capacity,faster information transmission rate and more intelligent and digital performance characteristics.Reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)is an emerging technology with great potential to drive the performance of future 6G communication networks to achieve super wireless bandwidth,hyperscale connectivity,and extremely reliable communication capabilities.This technology is based on a large number of low-cost passive reflection elements integrated on the digital metamaterial plane,and significantly improves the performance of wireless communication networks in complex scenarios through adaptive configuration of wireless propagation environments.The key to realizing adaptive dynamic regulation of communication links lies in the optimization of RIS-assisted network systems.Therefore,this paper provides a review of the relevant research literature on RISrelated network performance optimization in recent years,which summarizes the current research achievements and progress of RIS-assisted wireless communication network performance optimization from two aspects of RISassisted communication network architecture with performance optimization scheme,and application scenarios.This paper further discusses the potential future research directions of deployment of RIS-assisted communication networks.
